This is very fancy way how to false cut the deck and show your skill with playing cards! ;)
So yes, its not only fancy but practical too - you can use this false cut to convince your spectator that the deck is shuffled while keeping deck setup or certain cards on theirs position ;)
The difficulty of this move is somewhere around intermediate level ;)
