This trick is trully most probably easiest card trick I know!
Best part is that you will even let your spectator cut the cards and still you will be able to achieve this impossible miracle just following few simple steps!

Step by step
Prepare four sets of sour cards and separate them into piles
Put them together and deal them out into four new piles (please see the video below)
Ask spectator to cut the cards as many times he wants (you can also add some false cuts if you want)
Once spectator is happy and don't want to cut the cards anymore, take the deck and create four piles again
Reveal that despite all cuts that were done by spectator, there are again same cards in each pile!
