Step by step
This trick is very easy and requires no slide of hands.
It however requires set up - but don't worry, its very easy too!
Prepare all cards alternating red / black
Let the spectator to cut the cards - this will not influence the fact, that cards are alternating
You or spectator can do the riffle shuffle, or let the spectator to mix the cards like in the video below
This trick is working on mathematical principle so you don't need to worry about how exactly the cards are shuffled
Explain to your audience conditions of the bet (spectators will win when the pair will be in same color and you will win when the pair will have different color)
Make two piles and start revealing the pair and winning your bet
