There is never enough of four Ace routines right? ;)
This card trick is very easy to do and is also self working with only little reparation.

Step by step
Prepare four Aces on top of the deck (you can control them on top or do some false shuffles and cuts)
Ask spectator to divide the deck in four piles
Then ask him to take each pile (starting from the pile where you know you don't have four Aces on top), deal three card on the bottom of a pile he has in his hand and then three cards on each of remaining piles on the table (as you can see in the video as well)
As soon as he completes this procedure for all piles, the trick is done - reveal that there are four Aces on the top of each pile
